In 2002, I began my career as an entry-level technician, fresh out of trade school. My commitment to excellence and performance quickly set me apart and opened the door to leadership opportunities.

Eight years later, I stepped into the role of General Manager. The company was struggling, losing over $100,000 a month. By implementing new procedures and restructuring operations, I transformed the business into a profitable powerhouse—producing more than $700,000 in net profit in just six months. Over the following five years, the company grew to three locations and consistently generated over $1 million in net profits annually.
I later took on a new opportunity with another company facing financial challenges, losing over $500,000 per year. Within eight months, I led the turnaround to a $400,000 net profit, and by the following year, the company achieved over $1.2 million in net profit.

The business coaching does include the leadership coaching as needed but is more focused on identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the company and building a sustainable and successful and profitable business.
